Before your visit, your physician or clinical coordinator reviews your file to ensure the requested treatment is appropriate and aligned with your clinical picture. For new clients, a brief consultation will be conducted before any treatment.
A member of our clinical team arrives at your location with everything needed to deliver your treatment safely and comfortably. Sessions are unhurried, private, and carried out to the same standard as an in-clinic appointment.
Your treatment is documented in your clinical file, and any results (such as blood testing) are shared with your physician. If follow-up is needed, our team will coordinate the next step with you directly.
Please note that machines are not used for at-home facial treatments.

Many of our clients move between home care and in-clinic visits depending on what their schedule allows. If you would like to come in, our clinic is always open to you. In-clinic, we offer a fuller range of treatments, including advanced skin procedures like RF microneedling with Morpheus8, laser therapies, dermal fillers, and more. Just let us know what works best for you, and we will make it happen.

Every home visit is guided by your existing clinical picture. If you are a Sequoia Circle member or have completed a Sequoia Assessment, your home care is informed by the same data and physician oversight as your in-clinic treatments. If you are new to Sequoia, our team will ensure you receive a consultation before any treatment is administered. This is concierge healthcare that never sacrifices clinical rigour for convenience.

Every home visit is carried out by a member of Sequoia Clinic's own clinical team. We do not use third-party providers. You receive the same professionals, products, and standards as you would in the clinic.
We recommend it, as your assessment provides the clinical picture that allows your physician to guide your home treatments with precision. However, new clients can receive a consultation as part of their first home visit to establish the appropriate protocol.
We aim to accommodate requests within 24 to 48 hours, subject to availability. For urgent or same-day requests, please contact us via WhatsApp and our team will do their best to assist.
All 15 formulations across our three IV therapy tiers are available through Sequoia at Home. Your physician will recommend the appropriate formulation based on your clinical picture.
Yes. You can receive an IV infusion and blood collection during the same visit, saving time and reducing the need for multiple appointments. Your clinical coordinator will help you plan the most efficient session.
Appointment availability for an at-home IV drip in Dubai depends on a few variables. Your location within the city, the time of day you are requesting, current clinician scheduling, and whether a prior consultation or eligibility check is required all factor into how soon we can confirm a visit.
We always aim to accommodate requests as promptly as possible. During clinic operating hours, our team may be able to reach your location within 60 minutes, depending on availability. When you get in touch, we’ll confirm realistic timing and let you know what options are available.
Our at-home blood collection service covers a wide range of panels, from targeted single-biomarker checks to comprehensive multi-system draws. This includes panels aligned with the full Sequoia Assessment, as well as follow-up testing for specific areas such as hormones, metabolic markers, thyroid function, nutrient levels, and inflammatory markers.
Exactly which panels are recommended will depend on where you are in your care pathway and what your physician believes is most relevant at that point. If you are unsure what you need, our team is happy to guide you before your appointment is confirmed.
In most cases, yes. Same-day scheduling depends on clinician availability, your location, the specific service requested, and whether any prior consultation is needed before treatment can be administered. For services that require physician sign-off or a first-time eligibility check, there may be a short lead time.
